Strategic plan and priorities

It is a requirement of all safeguarding adults boards to produce and publish a strategic plan.

The strategic plan for 2024/2025, which is attached to this page, outlines our four key strategic aims of making safeguarding personal, prevention, performance, and quality assurance, as well as sharing the current governance in place for the Board.  It also shares the equality, diversity and inclusion vision statement adopted by both Derbyshire and Derby Safeguarding Adults Boards.

The Board's sub-groups have business plans in place to outline how they will implement the plan and achieve its objectives.  These business plans will be reviewed and updated quarterly.
